Signing up for PAR (Pre-Authorized Remittance)

If you have automatic withdrawals from your bank account to pay your bills, taxes or mortgage, then you already understand the PAR principle.

Besides being convenient, using PAR for your offering ensures regular monthly givings to help our church's ministry even when you are away or when the church is closed. You will be providing our congregation a dependable flow of contributions, which increases our overall financial stability. You can contribute both to the local ministry of our congregation and to the United Church Mission and Service Fund through PAR.

How to Participate?

1. Prayerfully decide what you would like to give each month

2. Download, print and fill out the authorization form (located in the Downloads section below)

3. Attach a cheque marked VOID

4. Send the completed form and voided cheque to the church either by scanning both and emailing to ststephensuc@shaw.ca  OR mailing to St. Stephen's United Church, 150 Village Way, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 1L1

Please be assured that your PAR contributions, as with any contributions made to the church are kept in strict confidence and the use, rentention, and disclosure of personal information collected from this form is done in compliance with the privacy legislation and adheres to the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000,c5)
