Last Thursday I shared some words of wisdom from my Mum. “The tide keeps coming in and the tide keeps going out, even on the days when it feels as if everything is changing.” Last week I reflected on the rhythm in the tides and the seasons. Today I find particular comfort in the constancy those words speak of.

Henri Nouwen’s writings have been a rich blessing in my life and in many of yours. A dear friend shared some of his words with me a few weeks ago, words that do a better job speaking to this constancy than mine do. I pray that the Spirit of God might bless you through his writings today. Here is the link:
