There is so much that each of us are ‘holding inside.’  Our hopes, our fears, our grief and sometimes even our joy.  In today’s prayer crafted by Bobbi Salkeld we start with these things but then walk into the waiting arms of God, arms that feel like home.

For All You Hold Inside

O friend, you hold so much inside.
Endings and beginnings,
fresh starts and big flops,
risks taken and safe paths trod.
What might be ahead for you?
Can you imagine this?
More love, yes, more love.
Courage to see you through.
The big, wild friendship of God.
And home, of course.  Home.
Amen.
