World Day of Prayer is a worldwide movement of Christian women of many traditions who come together on the first Friday of March to observe a common day of prayer each year. For 2014 the service has been written by the women of Egypt entitled "Streams in the Desert". This year's World Day of Prayer will be held at St. Stephen's United Church, 150 Village Way, Qualicum Beach on Friday, March 7th at 2pm. All are welcome to attend. A tea will follow the service.
