This event has already occurred
This Saturday, November 8th the St. Stephen's Board has a retreat planned for here at the church and would like to extend an invitation to anyone in the congregation who would like to be a part of this day of exploration. We will be using a tool called "Vital Statistics - Meaningful Metrics That Keep a Pulse on Your Church's Health" to help us examine various demographic and financial statistics for St. Stephen's and Qualicum Beach. We will also be looking at our current ministries and reviewing the health of each one. At the end of the day we hope to discern what the next step will be in taking all this information and determining the best course of action to move in the direction we feel God is calling us as a congregation.
The gathering will begin at 10am and we will go no longer than 3pm. Please bring a bag lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided. It would be helpful if you could call or email the office if you plan to attend.
